Everything Ingestics does, grouped by what you’re trying to accomplish
Six capability groups covering every stage from connecting a source to publishing the result. Tier availability is noted per feature, not the headline — every capability below is code-verified against the plugin itself.
Bring in data from the sources you already use
Ingestics reads REST APIs, RSS/Atom feeds, and structured files, with authentication for services that need it.
REST API & RSS/Atom sources
Connect any REST API or RSS/Atom feed. Free tier: up to 3 API providers and 2 RSS providers active at once.
Six response formats
JSON, XML, RSS, CSV, HTML, and plain text are all parsed natively, including Google Sheets CSV URLs auto-normalized as a source.
Authentication that scales with your plan
No-auth, API Key, and Basic auth on every plan. OAuth2 client credentials on Lite. OAuth2 authorization-code with auto-refresh on Pro. AWS SigV4 signing on Business.
File Import (Lite+)
Import local or remote CSV, JSON, XML, and XLSX files — plus Google Sheets CSV — with scheduled refresh and background batching.
Decide exactly what gets imported and when
Field mapping, filters, and provider presets keep unwanted content out before it ever reaches WordPress.
JSON Path field mapping
Basic JSON Path selection on every plan; an advanced JSON Path selector on Pro for deeper nested structures.
Duplicate detection
Skip items already published, checked by title and/or URL, so the same item never publishes twice.
Provider presets and playbooks
Reusable provider configuration presets to set up recurring sources faster.
Advanced Field Mapper (Pro+)
Map to post meta and ACF fields, with adapters for Rank Math and Yoast SEO metadata.
Run on a schedule, not just on demand
Free tier is manual fetch only, with a 2-hour cooldown between manual runs. Scheduling unlocks starting on Lite.
Scheduled fetching (Lite+)
1, 2, 4, 6, or 24-hour intervals on Lite. A fixed 12-hour option on Pro. Fully custom-frequency scheduling on Business.
Inbound webhook trigger (Pro+)
Trigger a fetch from an external event instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.
Failure digest notifications (Pro+)
Email or Slack digests when a scheduled fetch fails, so problems don’t go unnoticed.
Outbound webhook bridge (Business)
Make/Zapier-style outbound automation pipelines, opt-in and fully configurable, plus separate API and RSS schedules.
Reshape content before it publishes
Template-driven formatting on Lite and Pro. Configurable AI rewriting and translation on Business.
Post Template Builder (Lite+)
Control exactly how imported fields become post content and layout.
Advanced Sync Engine (Pro+)
Create-or-update matching, so re-fetching a source updates existing posts instead of duplicating them.
AI rewrite & translation (Business)
Configurable AI rewriting via OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter. Translation via DeepL, Google Cloud, LibreTranslate, or Azure Translator.
Twig-style templating (Business)
A Twig-style templating syntax for advanced content and layout construction from imported fields.
Get imported content in front of visitors, your way
Every plan publishes standard WordPress posts. Higher tiers add custom post types and dedicated page-builder output.
Publish, Draft, or Pending
Choose whether imported items go live immediately or wait for review, on every plan.
Gutenberg blocks & grid layout (Lite+)
Native Gutenberg blocks and grid layout options for displaying imported content on the front end.
Elementor & Bricks widgets (Pro+)
Dedicated widgets for both builders, plus a carousel layout option.
Custom post types & WooCommerce (Pro/Business)
Publish into custom post types on Pro. WooCommerce Product Connector with SKU matching, pricing, and gallery mapping on Business.
Credentials and imports are protected by default
Every tier gets the same encryption and request-validation foundation — security isn’t a paid add-on.
Encrypted credential storage
AES-256-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 verification for every stored secret, on every plan.
SSRF protection
Scheme allowlisting and host-safety validation on every outbound request, before it runs.
Review-first previews
Planned and last-call previews on every plan, so you see what will publish before it does.
Activity log
A running log of fetch and publish activity, with log clearing, on every plan.
See which plan fits your workflow
Every capability above maps to a specific tier. Compare them side by side.
